THE PROCESS Contact The
process is easy. Call us to set up a complimentary initial
consultation. Our consultations can be in person (San Diego, CA) or
over the phone which ever is easiest for you. Generally, you want to
contact us 3-4 months prior to your due date or event date. We
understand that this time frame is not always possible and will be
happy to assist you with any rush orders. Design and Planning Consultation For Businesses:
During our consultation, we will discuss your brand, its current positioning and where you would like to take it. We can strategize a new logo, expand a current campaign, move in a new direction, or look at individual marketing collateral pieces.
For Events:
During our consultation, we will discuss your theme, colors and any ideas you may have to help make you vision come to life. You are welcome to provide us with pictures and swatches that will help translate your concept. We will help you determine items best suite your needs.
After the consultation we will contact you with a cost and time estimate. Upon approval of the estimate we set up a project for you on our Group Hub and begin the design process. The Group Hub We have set up part of our website for client interaction. You can upload and download files, post messages and replies, and even schedule to-dos and milestones. This website allows us to communicate with you and anyone else working on your project ensuring communication is centralized, organized, and accessible from any computer with a web browser. You will receive your own security access to your private projects upon quote approval.

Printing and Final Artwork After approving and signing the Final Artwork, your designs are ready to be produced. Most items are printed commercially and provided to you, but some items are provided to you electronically, like logos. Before printing is executed or final artwork is created, the remaining balance is due. Depending on the complexity of your design, both the printing and assembly process generally takes between 2 to 3 weeks. If we are not printing your piece this is when we would hand over all hi-res files.
